To hire teachers for various public schools in the state of Uttar Pradesh, the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board administers the UPTET (Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test). It is a yearly State-level test. In Uttar Pradesh, individuals may submit applications for positions as primary school teachers (for grades I through V) and secondary school teachers (for grades VI through VIII). Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must have following eligibility for various posts to appear the exam.
- For Primary Teachers: Those students want to apply for UPTET 2020 they should have passed diploma/degree in relevant field. Candidates must be passed 12th with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board.
- For Upper Primary Teachers: Candidates those are having B Ed degree with graduation in the relevant field they can apply for UPTET Upper Primary Teachers. For complete information candidates must read the official notification below.
