Lady Constable in West Bengal Police -2024 will be paid in the Pay Scale of Level-6 in the pay matrix [Rs. 22,700 – Rs. 58,500].
WB Police Constable Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Passed Madhyamik Examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.
Language:
They must be able to speak, read, and write Bengali. This rule, however, would not apply to permanent inhabitants of Darjeeling and Kalimpong Districts’ hill sub-divisions. The requirements of the West Bengal Official Language Act, 1961 would apply to applicants from the hill sub-divisions of Darjeeling and Kalimpong Districts.
Age Limit:
- 18 to 27 years
