- Please provide the necessary information, including your name, phone number, community, and district.
- Selecting “Yes” verifies that the individual meets the requirements listed in the eligibility section.
- To pay the application cost, click “proceed to pay”.
- An application cost will be successfully paid, and a Journal Number will be issued. It will SMS the same number to the cellphone number.
- A “Online Application Link” will appear; click on it.
