The State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) was established on 2024 to speed up the process of development of Technical Education. This Board every year conducts Common Entrance Test for admission into diploma courses in various polytechnic colleges in Telangana.
Telangana State Board of Technical Education & Training which is having the responsibility of conducting the polytechnic diploma examination conducts one time in a year. The SBTET manages the education and provides it through the affiliated colleges. The CEEP is the joint board which provides the diploma examination in the TS.
