IPU CET Notification

Exam Schedule for GGS IPU CET 2024

• First week of March 2024: Online application submission commences; last week of March 2024: successful fee transaction.
• Only on the website, first to third week of April 2024, there will be a correction to the application form’s details.
• Admit Cards can be downloaded from the GGSIPU website in the final week of April 2024.
• Exam dates: the last week of April to the first week of May 2024 Declaration of results: the first week of June 2024

Fee for applying to IPU CET in 2024

• For all categories, there will be an application fee of Rs. 1200.
• Candidates are required to make the online application fee payment.
• The applicant has use of many online payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.
  Application costs cannot be reimbursed.

IPU CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be fully aware of the IPU CET 2024 Eligibility Requirements prior to submitting their application. The following information is supplied on the eligibility requirements:

Nationality: The applicants must have Indian citizenship.

Age Criteria: 

• UG Courses: Applicants need to be between the ages of 18 and 21.
• PG Courses: Candidates need to be between the ages of 21 and 35.
• Bachelor of Vocation: Must be under 45 years of age.

For B.Tech (Biotechnology):

• The candidates must clear their 12th standard examination in PCM with biology / bio-technology 
• with at least a 55% score in each subject as well as in English. 

For M.Tech (Tool Engineering):

• The candidates must have a B.tech/B.E. degree in tool engineering/Mechanical/Mechanical and Automation/Production/Production and Industrial engineering or its equivalent with at least 60% marks.

For MBA Programme:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or any other discipline OR
• The candidates need to have cleared the final exam of ICWAI / ICSI/ ICAI.
• In the qualifying test, applicants must have 55 percent marks guaranteed.

IPU CET 2024 Exam Pattern

• English will be the language of the test.
• IPU CET 2024 will be held online.
• The majority of tests will last 2 hours 30 minutes in total (150 minutes for B.Tech and 3 hours for other programmes).
• Total Marks: There will be a total of 600 points awarded for the IPU CET Exam paper.
• The questions will be of the objective kind.
• Grading Policy: Each accurate response will receive 4 points. For each wrong response, one mark will be subtracted.
