The government of Karnataka has launched the HRMS Self-Service portal for all state government employees, allowing them to access online pay slips, service register books, leave balances, ticket statuses, loan and advance information, deduction information, and insurance information.

Employees of the Karnataka State Government can enter the HRMS Employee Self-Service Portal using their KGID number and password to view their pay slip, service register book, leave balance, ticket status, loan/advance data, deduction, and insurance information online.

Detailed Instructions For Registering
- Visit the Employee Self-Service Portal for HRMS by clicking here.
- Select “New User,” then provide your KGID and registered mobile phone numbers.
- Type the OTP obtained on your mobile device and click “Submit.”
- Create and verify your passwords.
- Enter your KGIC number and password to log in, and then click Login after receiving your OTP on your mobile device.
- Use the internet to access services for pay slips, service register books, leave balances, ticket statuses, loan and advance details, deductions, and insurance.
To verify pay Slip
- On the homepage of the HRMS Employee Self-Service Portal,, choose Pay Slip.
- A fresh page will load. Choose the Month and Year, and then click “Search.”
- The pay slip will appear; print it if necessary.
Checking the Leave Balance
- On the homepage of the HRMS Employee Self-Service Portal, choose “Leave Balance.”
- A new page will load and show your EL, HPL, and paternity or maternity leave status.
For Loan Advance Check
- On the homepage of the HRMS Employee Self-Service Portal, select Loan Advance.
- If you have a loan, a new page will appear with the status shown.
To determine a loan or festival advance
- On the homepage of the HRMS Employee Self-Service Portal, select Loan Advance.
- If you have a loan, a new page will appear with the status shown.
To Verify Deduction Information
- On the homepage of the HRMS Employee Self-Service Portal, select Deduction.
- A fresh page will load. Choose the year, type of deduction, or recovery, then click “Search.”
- All deduction information will be shown.
Check your insurance
- On the homepage of the HRMS Employee Self-Service Portal, Select Insurance
- A new page will load with information about your insurance (KGID, GPF, LIC, and others).
